Handle several orders at once
Tick one or more orders in the list, then open the Actions menu to process them together. Two options:
- ⬇️Export to a .csv file
Downloads a spreadsheet of the selected orders, handy for accounting or for importing into another tool.
- 🧾Download invoices as .pdf
Bundles the matching invoices into a downloadable archive, all in one go.
Order details
The payment and addresses, at a glance
This section sums up the amount collected, the payment method, the billing and delivery addresses (or the pickup point), and any amount already refunded.
- 🧾View the invoice
Opens the PDF invoice sent to the customer, exactly as they received it.
- ✏️Fix an address
Each address can be edited here if the customer flags a mistake after paying.
Order management
Run theshipping and pickup
Track where things stand and trigger the right action for the current status. On shipping, the customer gets an automatic email with their tracking link.
Standard shipping
Confirm the shipment and paste the tracking URL: the customer gets the email automatically.
Mondial Relay
Generate the label, check the addresses, enter the parcel weight, then download it.
Mark as shipped
Already shipped outside Vivlab? Update the status by hand.
In-store pickup
Confirm the pickup once the customer has come to collect their order.
View tracking
Once shipped, reopen the link sent to the customer any time.
Subscription included
If the order contains a subscription, it opens straight from its line.
Items & notes
What's in the order, and your notes
The breakdown lists the products ordered: it's the reference for the invoice. Right next to it, a space for internal notes the customer never sees.
Recent payouts
The bridge between your sales and your bank
Each payout groups one or more collected sales. Match an amount received to a period, and see at a glance why it differs from the gross total.

Date, status, bank and last 4 digits of the account: find each payout on your bank side.
- 🧾Accounting record
Generating a PDF downloads a full report (1 to 2 min) to attach to your bookkeeping.
- 💳Fees & VAT itemised
Stripe fees deducted and VAT split out by rate: perfect for your filings.
