Create a product
When you create a product, pick the type that matches what you offer: each type opens a tailored listing, with the right fields and the right options.
A material item you ship to your customers.

A detailed presentation, with no direct purchase option.
Import with the assistant
Migrating from another platform, or picking up a supplier's catalog? Drop in your files: the assistant works out each product, variants, prices, images and stock included.
Up to 8 files, 18 MB total, exported from your old store.
The assistant lists the products it found: name, image, number of variants and price range.
Check the ones you're keeping, then the assistant creates each listing and shows progress line by line.
The product listing
Click a product to open all of its settings, grouped into clear sections.
Available to sell, Hidden to keep a direct link working, or Disabled to make the product unavailable.
The name serves as the title and the URL. Drag and drop your images (the first one becomes the thumbnail) and write in the rich editor.
Sizes, colors, formats… For each price: Amount incl. VAT, Quantity (empty = unlimited stock) and product reference.
Attach the product to your categories and check the faceted filters to help your visitors find it fast.
Enrich the listing
Each option turns on with a switch and stays out of the way until you need it. Some only show up for certain product types.
Flag a new arrival, an exclusive or a promo on the thumbnail, using your theme's text and color.
MarketingShows a struck-through price next to the sale price to highlight the discount.
MarketingText written for search engines, separate from the visible description. 150–200 characters is ideal.
SEOApply a custom rate (books, food, press) different from the default one.
TaxAttach a downloadable PDF: instructions, care sheet, size guide. One per product.
ContentPaste the URL: the preview shows up right under the field before you save.
ContentThe weight in kg feeds the automatic shipping cost calculation when delivery depends on it.

ContentSpecifics by type
The customer gets an email with a personal download link as soon as the order is placed.
Replace a file: every buyer gets the new version on their next download.
This is the name the customer will see: go for guide-yoga-v2.pdf over document_final-2.pdf.
Set a number of cycles (12 months for an annual box) or let it run with no end.
For an open-ended duration, the customer contacts you: spell out the steps in your terms.
Each due date is charged to the saved card. The status is tracked in the Subscription section.
Put the date, time and address in the description: that's what the customer finds in their email.
The Quantity field sets the number of seats. At zero, the listing automatically goes to sold out.
The list of buyers is in your orders; export their emails for a group message.
Categories
Organize your products into a hierarchy of sections. The tree expands: click a category to set it up, or add as many subcategories as you like.
Create a category adds a section at the root, Add a subcategory creates a child level. Rearrange changes the order your visitors see.
The name serves as the page title and the URL. The description introduces the section: make it good, it helps your search ranking.
Illustrate the category for menus and lists. Switch it between active and disabled without deleting it.
Move a section within the tree through its parent, and drag and drop the subcategories to order them. View the page opens the visitor view.
Faceted filters
Create filtering criteria (color, material, size, gender) that your visitors combine to narrow the catalog. Each row shows the name, its facets and its status.
Add a criterion (e.g. Color), then its values with Add a facet: Red, Blue, Green…
From the product listing, in the Categorization section, check the facets that fit.
Rearrange stacks the filters in the order you want. A disabled filter drops off the store, but its associations are kept.
Store on vacation
Limit access to your store for a break, a restock or a closure. Vacation mode turns itself on and off on the dates you schedule, with nothing for you to do.
From this date, the mode you picked applies to your site automatically.
Check it to set it: the store goes back to normal once it's reached. Required for Extend delivery times, which announces the return date.
Customize the text shown during the break, then click Save to schedule the period.
